I sorted it out by installing iOS9.2 beta. Looks like there is something wrong on Apple side with iOS 9.1. Wait till 9.2 or intall beta to handle this.

The new 9th edition of OALD is completely new and looks better and simplier than OALD8 which looks "old" to me now.

Fair 80% discount is a sweet offer for buyers of orginal version. I am almost certain its a must have update.
