Refund

I bought 8ed several years ago. Recently I paid to update it to 9ed. The download was not completed (I had enough space on my iPhone). Now I cannot nether restore 8ed or use 9ed. It asks me to buy the full version again. Therefore I lost all my favourites, I lost money I paid for 8ed and for update to 9ed. I wrote to support few week ago and did not receive any answer. It is the worst service I have ever seen.
