Cannot install it on my 2nd device!!!! Dont buy it!!!

What is happening?!!!!!! I install it on my iPhone and Im asking to pay it again when Im trying to install it on my 2nd device (my IPod). And this is kind of expensive app! I feel cheated! DONT BUY IT!!!
