Problem with the iPhone 6 128GB with iOS 9.3.4

There is a problem in downloading the OALD9 Discounted Upgrade in my iPhone 6 128GB with iOS 9.3.4 and with iOS 9.3.5. It never begins the download. With my iPAD 64GB with iOS 9.3.5, It is all correct.
