Ive been using the app for years . I recommend this app to everybody that I know . And for those who review this app 1 star just ignore them cos they just want the best app without paying . Oxford team , thank you for this great app and I hope u continue to make this app better in the future .

Its kinda annoying when we have to go back to the main screen and type another word. There should be a fixed search bar.

I like this dictionary. It is very helpful, their definition is very clear and concise in the right way. It offer British and American pronunciation for the words; plus it has a lot of examples with their audios. The app design is very nice and user friendly, they also allow you to record your voice saying the words and listening to them. It was worth its no money. What I would like to see in the future is the addition of synonym options.

I spent so much for this app. I get more results AND more information from the FREE Dictionary app. I thought Oxford was the best. I would emphatically NOT RECOMMEND this app.

This is a good dictionary but lacks a lot of vocabulary words that can be very useful in every day life. I wish either this had everything or I shouldnt have purchased this.

Very good dictionary. It has a very useful feature which lets you run it through any app. Just select word or sentence from any app and chose share, select this app and it shows the meaning without exiting current app.

When I tried to download spoken sentences, the app forced me to type itunes password and a pop-up window showed up saying " Cannot connect to Itunes Store "

Most language studing app(ex: Tedict, Speater, etc.) does not support Split View so when this dictionary app locates in an non-fixed Split View, the Problem is that Bluetooth keyboard does not work for this dictionary app in the non-fixed Split View. This is very irritating. How about that THIS APP GO INTO THE POP-UP NEXT TO "PASTE","SELECT" WHEN A WORD IS PUSHED LITTLE BIT LONG TIME?

As a student who really needs this i cant afford this. I jnow its a great dic and all but a lower price could attract more users

It was updated to include the syncing between the devices but it is not working. I enabled iCloud syncing on my iPhone and iPad but the favourites from iPhone not syncing with iPad and on my iPad I dont see any of my favourites that I have on my iPhone.

I admire Oxford Team for this beautiful and amazing app, I really amazed by the techniques that this app has, such as, zooming all the contents easily and hyperlink between all the words, but the only feature Im waiting you add to this app is the FLASHCARD system, also, we will be able to MAKE NOTES for the favorite words. Please, add this feature to your app because it is so much important for us and via it we can memorize the favorite words easily and better grasping. Thanks again

I bought the real dictionary (the book) with the premium things and have the CD installed on my laptop but to use it on my phone I have to buy it again? This is stupid

Hello This is my favorite dictionary! I use this application every single day! Its very amazing, cool features, idioms, definitions, opposite words, similar words! Tones of great features I have one suggestion, I dont know if my suggestion can be made or not, but this feature is what I need! And I believe if other users know about this feature, they will think that they need this too! I call this (Backward Feature), now if we want a definition of a specific word, we have to type the #Word, and then we got it! But what if we do the opposite? According to what you want in your essay, sentence, etc. you can write a definition, and then there would be suggested word similar to what you have already! I believe this can be made, and this will make the application #1! Please guys, make this happen! I wanted to suggest this on the last feedback that has been sent, but I couldnt! I hope my review can be seen! Thank you.

It wont work unless you have realy easy words. Or you purchase it. Its not ok. Cuz i dont own a credit card!

It is not free as it says on the AppStore it doesnt actually worth 29 dollars, Id rather get the dictionary.com app than this overpriced app. App deleted right away.

Its not free as advertised! It is an in-app purchase of $29.99. Without buying it you cannot search anything, just see some 10 words of example. Deleted after 1 min.

It is nice to try, but it is not free. It only showed a few and than tells me that I have to pay $29.99. Not worth it to me. Program deleted.

Its a fantastic EFL resource containing plenty of useful information. Strongly recommend!
